S Chikomwe is a graduate in Planning, and obtained his masters in Physical Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, He has more than seventeen years of experience under the Ministry of housiing, Masvingo Urban, and Witwaters Rand university. He did a lot of successful projects, his current project is Tokwe Mukosi-Chingwizi in the lowveld of Zimbabwe.
